Pricing Structure

Virtual Office:                       $150.00 per month

Virtual office provides a tenant with 8:30AM-5:00PM access to the Business Center Services. Including receptionist services (phone answering at a separate charge), voice mail, mail handling, metered use of high speed copier and fax, and up to 6 hours of monthly Conference Room use.

 Office Suite “A”:                   $250.00 per month

Office Suite approximately 8x10, suitable for one person. Includes free internet access and up to 10 hours of monthly conference room use. Receptionist and office cleaning available for an additional fee.

 Office Suite “B”:                   $275.00 per month

Office Suite approximately 12x12, suitable for up to 2 people. Includes all the benefits of “Office Suite A”, but includes up to 12 hours of monthly conference room use.

 Office Suite “C”:                   $400.00 per month

Office Suite approximately 14x20, suitable for up to 4 people. Includes all the benefits of “Office Suite A”, but includes up to 14 hours of monthly conference room use.

 Office Suite “D”:                   $500.00 per month

Office Suite approximately 14x20, overlooking the new River Front Park. Suite is suitable for up to 4-5 people. Includes all the benefits of “Office Suite A”, but includes up to 16 hours of monthly conference room use.
